VE.CO is NVSC’s parent company, with 50 years of experience in formulating and producing high-quality coatings, resins, anticorrosive and waterproofing systems. Founded in 1976, VE.CO has built solid expertise in specialty materials and serves as the technological and industrial backbone supporting NVSC in complex application markets.

Through a commercial agreement, NVSC distributes selected Petronas products in Italy for the defence sector, providing access to complementary solutions and appropriate technical support for institutional clients operating in high-performance environments.

Established in 2017 and 49% owned by NVSC, NVSC TURK operates in Turkey to commercialize and support NVSC products, with particular focus on defence, naval and industrial applications. Its local presence strengthens our international network and facilitates access to strategic markets in the Middle East and Eurasian regions.

A historic partner and shareholder of NVSC until 2022, NCP Coatings is a U.S. producer of high-performance coatings for military and industrial purposes, with a broad portfolio of products meeting U.S. specifications. The technical and formulation collaboration with NCP has contributed for years to the qualification of advanced coating systems. Since 2022, NVSC has been distributing NCP Coatings products throughout Europe.
